Booking Fees
Blemish Clinic strive to provide a professional service at competitive prices and request that patients attend on time to all appointments.
New patients
A £50 booking fee is charged to secure your first appointment which is redeemable against treatments or products within 2 months of your consultation date. The booking fee is non-refundable if you fail to attend your appointment or choose to not go ahead with treatment for personal reasons.
If you fail to attend your consultation but would like to rebook please note an additional booking fee of £50 will apply.
Consultation fees
The following charges apply for consultations payable in advance, please also note that the fees below are non-refundable should you fail to attend your appointment. Consultation fees are non-redeemable.
Dermatology consultations and mole mapping from £150
Dermatology consultations and mole mapping – Dr A Winter £200
Minor ops consultations from £50
Minor ops consultations – Dr A Winter £250
Cancellation, failure to arrive for appointments and late arrival
You must give 3 working days’ notice to Blemish Clinic in advance of your appointment to cancel or reschedule any appointments, failure to do this will result in a cancellation fee of £50.
Missed appointments will also incur a fee of £50.
Any patients who have pre-purchased a course of treatment will forfeit one of the treatments from their course if they fail to comply with the above terms.
Please note that cancellations or rescheduling appointments can only be made online or by telephoning the clinic during clinic opening hours. Out of hours messages will not be accepted.
Courses
All pre-paid courses are non-refundable and valid for 18 months from the date of the booking.
Payment Plans
Blemish Clinic offer payment plans for treatments and packages to allow you to spread the cost and pay by monthly direct debit for up to 12 months.
